Aspire Global has secured complete authorization to function in the Netherlands, enabling it to introduce its player account management platform solutions, sports wagering, and casino games within the Dutch market.
Aspire is prepared to commence operations in the Netherlands following the receipt of this certification, which will empower Aspire to launch through existing collaborations with operators in the nation.
Upon obtaining the license, Aspire will be able to introduce its services through its arrangement with Holland Casino. Holland Casino is one of ten operators authorized by the Dutch regulatory body, de Kansspelautoriteit. Under this agreement, Pariplay will furnish its proprietary games to Holland Casino.
In January, Aspire reached an accord that will permit Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker, BoyleSports, to become operational in the Netherlands.
This agreement will come into effect upon Aspire’s entry into the Netherlands, signifying that Aspire will provide BoyleSports with its comprehensive turnkey solution through Aspire’s sports betting platform, Btobet.
“The newly regulated Dutch market is experiencing rapid growth and is regarded as one of the most appealing online gambling markets in Europe,” stated Tsachi Maimon, the Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Global. “We anticipate the Dutch online gambling market to eventually evolve into one of the largest in Europe, and we are enthusiastic about the prospects we perceive.”
Our B2B product is now fully certified, positioning us to be a key player in the Netherlands. We are excited to enhance the gaming experience for Dutch market participants.”
NeoGames presented a SEK 4.3 billion offer to take over Aspire in January.
The offer document, which outlines the proposal, is anticipated to be released in April. This will be followed by an acceptance period that will run until May 3rd. If the deal is accepted, it is expected to be finalized in the first half of 2022.
