Bragg Gaming Group is expanding significantly into the North American market with the $30 million purchase of Spin Games. This agreement provides Bragg with instant entry to Spin’s established connections in the US digital gaming landscape, shortly after Bragg secured licensing in Pennsylvania last month.
The company has ambitious goals to disrupt the industry with fresh online casino games crafted specifically for US and Canadian players, produced by external studios. Moreover, they are introducing their successful European casino games to the North American market.
Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, is enthusiastic about their capacity to rapidly capture a substantial portion of the US market. He is particularly eager about their advanced technology that enhances game performance. Spearheading this effort is industry expert Kent Young, founder and CEO of Spin Games, who will now serve as Bragg’s President of the Americas.
Prepare for Bragg’s initial release of exclusive games, featuring titles such as “Egyptian Magic”, “Fairy Dust”, and “Paradise Ticket”, arriving at online casinos as early as this autumn. These games, alongside others from Bragg’s partner studios, will debut on their remote game servers in Connecticut, Michigan, and New Jersey, with Pennsylvania following shortly thereafter. Bragg is clearly serious about its intentions and is poised to make a significant impact on the North American market.
Slot machine and casino game creator, Spin Games, has a strong US presence. Their offerings are licensed and operational in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Licenses are also secured, with launches imminent, in Connecticut and British Columbia, Canada.
Young shared, “Joining Bragg at this pivotal moment generates immense enthusiasm. Our advanced slot technology and varied game selection position us perfectly to leverage the substantial expansion opportunities within the US and Canadian iGaming sectors.”
